RECIPES SATE " PADANG " INDONESIAN FOOD
















Here's how to make satay padang

ingredients :
puncture satay
diamond to taste
250 grams of beef tongue
100 grams lard ( fat ) cow
250 grams of beef heart
100 ml cooking oil
1500 ml thin coconut milk


seasoning :
1 cinnamon stick
3 white cardamom seeds
5 tablespoons fried onions
3 cloves seeds
2 pieces of star anise


Spices that are :
3 cloves of garlic
3 spring onions
2 cm ginger
2 cm galangal
3 pieces of red chilli
1 tsp pepper
3 eggs hazelnut
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 teaspoon anise
1/2 tbsp coriander
50 grams of roasted peanuts

How to cook :
Boiled beef heart , tongue , cinnamon , cloves and salt until half- cooked
Heat the oil and saute all the spices until fragrant and cooked mashed
Put it in a stew of meat , reduce the heat . Cook until all ingredients padded
Dissolve cow lard , add the cooking oil and allow it to melt lard
Remove the meat , cut into thin crosswise , then skewers with satay prick
Dip the skewers into the cow lard oil and fuel simultaneously
Put the rice cake pieces on a plate , then place the skewers . Sprinkle with seasoning and sprinkle with fried onions on top
More delicious when eaten while still hot
